  As a referrer (hospital, doctor), you usually apply for cost coverage directly with the patient's insurance company.

• What happens if the insurance company refuses to cover the costs?

  If the insurance company rejects the application, you as the treating physician can request a reconsideration or check alternative financing options.

• Can I register my patients directly for an inpatient rehabilitation?

  Yes, as a referrer (hospital, general practitioner), you initiate the registration and select a suitable clinic together with the patient.
  

• How do I decide which rehabilitation clinic is most suitable?
